Return & Exchange Policy | Thomas Square
At Thomas Square, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a size might not fit or a style might not meet your expectations. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and flexible.
1. General Conditions & Timeframe
• Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and must not have undergone any alterations (such as tailoring or shortening).
• The Tag (Identification Card): Preserving the product's original tag without cutting or damaging it is a mandatory requirement for any return or exchange. If the tag is cut or damaged, the item will unfortunately not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Packaging: We kindly ask you to keep the original packaging bags. In the event that the packaging is damaged but the product and tag remain intact, a fee of 70 EGP will be deducted for repackaging, and your right to return or exchange remains valid.
2. Methods & Costs
Customers may choose the most convenient method for their request:
• Via Store: You can visit any of our branches to perform an exchange or return with no additional fees.
• Via Shipping Company: We can dispatch a courier to collect or exchange the item; in this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
• Errors on Our Part: If we sent an incorrect item (wrong model or size), Thomas Square will cover the full shipping costs.
3. Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are available for a different size, color, or a completely different product.
• Out of Stock Sizes: If you request an exchange for a size that is currently out of stock in our warehouses, you have the right to choose another color/model or wait for the size to be restocked. Your right to exchange remains valid as long as the product is in its original condition.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after our Quality Control department inspects the returned items:
• Returns via Store: Immediate inspection is conducted at the branch. The refund is issued in cash or via bank transfer on the morning of the next business day.
• Returns via Shipping: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it is inspected on the same day. The refund is then transferred on the morning of the next business day.
5. Partial Delivery & Promotions
• In the case of partial delivery (returning part of an order), free shipping offers will be re-evaluated. If the total value of the kept items falls below the "Free Shipping" threshold announced at the time of purchase, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount

Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
